Kozłówki is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kietrz, within Głubczyce County, Opole Voivodeship, in south-western Poland, close to the Czech border.〔(【引用サイトリンク】title=Central Statistical Office (GUS) - TERYT (National Register of Territorial Land Apportionment Journal) )〕 It lies approximately west of Kietrz, south-east of Głubczyce, and south of the regional capital Opole.
Before 1945 the area was part of Germany (see ''Territorial changes of Poland after World War II'').
The village has a population of 184.
